Staab & Sons is customer oriented and a pleasure to deal with. My initial contacts were with Elizabeth and Tara. I then met with Ray for an estimate, and later called him with questions. He was always very responsive. The technicians, Caleb and Jaden were professional and polite.

Our furnace was emitting CO. We were provided (2) options with pros & cons of each option, we chose a replacement. Since this was in the winter and needed our
furnace, they replaced it that evening.
The repair and subsequent installation of a new air conditioning unit was explained thoroughly. Every technician that came to our home was courteous, respectful of our property, and knowledgeable. We are repeat customers and plan on continuing to be.

The technician was very organized. The installation workmanship was excellent. The entire furnace installation was professional and excellent.
Your installers were very careful before, during, and after the installation. They covered the carpet where they would walk and staged some equipment. They swept the floor several times during their work leaving no mess behind and removed all parts and pieces.

Following up on the installation and replacement of the furnace control board on our home furnace. Technician was on site Monday July 7th to analyze the problem. Initial thought was the fan motor needed replaced but after Staab technician reviewed, it was the relays associated with furnace controls that need upgraded. The control board was overnighted to Staab HVAC and installed on July 8th. Technician was professional and very knowledgeable and completed the installation in a timely manner. As of July 11th, system is functioning properly. I would highly recommend Staab for any HVAC, including furnace and AC repair and new installations.

When my furnace went out, I called six companies that put me on the list for at least a week’s wait. I am in my eighties and live alone. Dean from Staab & Son’s came that day. I got a new furnace installed without delay!
